

Nic has worked with a variety of organisations and businesses, including schools and the NHS, to deliver training and workshops on the autistic experience. Alongside training, she also offers a Sensory Audit consultant service, supporting organisations to ensure environments are inclusive and accessible for those with sensory needs, including training for staff members.
In addition to her learning and consultancy work, Nic has participated in multiple autism research projects, public speaking (she has at least 10 Ted talks in her pocket at all times), and co-hosts a podcast exploring her own personal experiences and neurodivergence.

PANDAS Online is a platform dedicated to supporting autistic young people and their families who are new to understanding autism. Through a combination of resources, training, and community engagement, PANDAS Online aims to support autistic young people in finding their identity, fostering a positive and understanding environments for their growth and development.

Nic King offers customised training and interactive workshops that centre on an autistic-led psychoeducation. Her tailored sessions, available both in-person and online, are designed for schools, families, and organisations, providing practical strategies to enhance understanding and support the development of positive identities for autistic children and professionals who work with them.
